Create sticker and emoji packs

The Stickers Mini App is Telegram's official workspace for creating and maintaining sticker and custom emoji packs. It brings pack setup, media uploads and management controls into a visual interface inside Telegram.

Creators can organize artwork into packs that are easy to share through Telegram links and use across chats.

Supported creative workflows

Telegram supports static, animated and video stickers, along with custom emoji. Each format has technical requirements for dimensions, file size and encoding, so artwork should be exported according to Telegram's current sticker documentation before upload.

• Create new sticker and custom emoji packs.
• Add, remove and reorder items in an existing pack.
• Associate emoji with stickers for easier discovery.
• Review pack usage information where Telegram provides it.

Publishing and sharing packs

Once a pack is published, it receives a Telegram link that can be shared in chats, channels or on the web. Pack owners can return to the Mini App to update the collection as their artwork evolves. Public packs should use artwork that the creator owns or has permission to distribute.
