Platform support for bot developers

Bot Support is a Telegram contact point for developers whose issue concerns the Bot Platform or Mini Apps and cannot be resolved through the public documentation. It is best used for a specific platform problem with enough technical context to investigate.

Telegram's payment documentation also directs eligible payment providers to @BotSupport for provider-related contact.

What to include in a request

A concise report is easier to understand than a general request for help. Developers should identify the affected bot, describe expected and actual behavior, include relevant Bot API method names and provide non-sensitive reproduction details.

• State the bot username and the affected platform feature.
• Describe the issue and steps needed to reproduce it.
• Include relevant error messages without exposing tokens.
• Link to applicable Telegram documentation when useful.

When to use another support route

Bot Support is not a substitute for a bot developer's own customer service, and Telegram generally cannot resolve disputes for purchases made through third-party merchant bots. Account access, spam restrictions and ordinary app questions have separate support or FAQ routes.
